Have A Berry Good Time At Strawberry Festival

Come celebrate all things strawberry at the Strawberry Festival!

Hosted by the Ann Arrundell County Historical Society, the 28th Annual Strawberry Festival will be held on Saturday Jun 2 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Benson-Hammond House (7101 Aviation Blvd Linthicum). This event is family-friendly with no admission!

Celebrate Anne Arundel County’s agricultural history, especially all things strawberry! This much-anticipated family-friendly event will include craft vendors, face painting, demonstrations of traditional crafts and skills, entertainment for kids and adults, and of course many delicious treats including homemade strawberry shortcake, hand-dipped chocolate covered strawberries, private label strawberry jams, and the ever-popular strawberry wine and strawberry beer.

The Benson Hammond House will be open throughout the day for self-guided tours.  Historical re-enactors in period costume will also be available to answer questions about the house and local history. Proceeds from the festival benefit the Benson Hammond House and the Historical and Genealogical Research Society at the Kuethe Library in Glen Burnie.
