Cockpit in Court Summer Theatre is about to hit the stage with their newest high-energy children’s musical!

Disney’s The Lion King Jr. will be entertaining audiences in the CCBC Essex Lecture Hall (7201 Rossville Blvd. Baltimore) on the following dates: Friday Jul 6 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m., Saturday Jul 7 at 1 p.m., Sunday Jul 8 at 1 p.m., Tuesday Jul 10 at 11 a.m., Wednesday Jul 11 at 11 a.m., Thursday Jul 12 at 11 a.m., Friday Jul 13 at 7 p.m., Saturday Jul 14 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and Sunday Jul 15 at 1 p.m.

Directed by Liz Boyer Hunnicutt, the African savannah comes to life on stage with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle… and back again, in this inspiring, coming-of-age tale.
