Looking to expand your palate pleasures? How about some Filipino Street Food?

Calasag Pop-Up, a collective of culinary artists creating food inspired by the history, culture, and diaspora of The Philippine, is bringing a Pulutan Party to Ground & Griddled (301 W 29th St. Baltimore) this Monday Sep 17 at 9 p.m. and will continue until the goodies sell out!

Pulutan is essential to drinking in the Philippines as eating sausage or cheese to the German or French, except in the Philippines ‘its more fun!’

Pulutan is finger food and appetizers to accompany cold beer and mixed drinks, karaoke and a good time. This is some of the fare you might find wandering the streets in Luzon, Cebu or Manila, pulutan is a staple everywhere in the Philippines. The Calasag Pop-Up menu comes from these nights spent drinking and sharing memories with friends and family.
