Summer in the Squares 2018 presents Symphony Number One this Wednesday Aug 29 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Mount Vernon Place (699 Washington Place Baltimore).

Symphony Number One is Baltimore’s newest chamber orchestra, performing substantial works by emerging composers, alongside riveting masterworks, beloved classics, and a twist of pop. SNO brings together great composers of the past, virtuoso performers of the present, and the leading compositional voices of the future, creating electrifying concert experiences for all of Baltimore.

This summer, SNO returns to Mount Vernon Place to kickstart its 4th season with the Conservancy’s summer season finale! Featuring the music of Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring alongside new works and exciting arrangements of pop favorites, there will be something for everyone!
